Screamen Eagle / Matt's Draft House has been a staple in Inlet for a longgggggg time. Located in downtown Inlet, it offers great food and an awesome variety of drinks.
They have a large dining room, bar area and an outside patio that is mostly covered during the sunny months. The patio overlooks the peaceful channel between Fourth and Fifth Lake. They offer live music, trivia, lots of tvs with sporting events and great times.
Their menu boasts over 15 specialty pizzas, over 20 wing flavors, various appetizers, subs, salads and pastas, as well as a variety of delicious desserts baked in house by an amazing bakery chef.
At any given time, there are over 50 beers on tap and many different kinds of wines. There is a high-tech Coca-Cola machine with numerous flavors.
Some of my favorites include the mild wings, the gluten free buffalo chicken pizza, their blue cheese dressing, the buffalo chicken nachos, the curly fries and the mozzarella sticks (when I could eat gluten ). They even have a flourless chocolate cake that is to die for, but the other cakes, pies and cookies look amazing!
On any given day, any given time, Screamen Eagle is HOPPING with business. Please go with plenty of time to spare and patience. They are often understaffed, working super hard, feeding enormous crowds. Order your food at the counter in the dining room, order your drinks at the bar, sit back and relax as the magic happens!
